This Lithium Ion Capacitor solar charger is designed to replace primary cells and power low current devices like sensor nodes that consume around 200µA on average. We have two versions, the C116 with a linear regulator and the C117 with the e-Peas AEM10941 energy harvesting chip. Includes a 250F Lithium Ion Capacitor and has an unregulated 2.5 - 3.8V output.
