Smartphones:
Charges all USB Devices including all Apple, Android, Google, and Blackberry smartphones.
Charges all known tablets using the manufacturer's USB charging cable. Digital Cameras:
Charges both DSLRs and point-and-shoot cameras that charge from USB. For DSLRs, an optional camera charger cradle that matches your camera battery (see Adapter Section) is required. Read our tutorial on solar camera charging.
Microcontrollers:

Purchased during the Black Friday last year. UPS lost my shipment so Voltaic sent another one via express - Voltaic's customer service is very responsive and helpful.
2. Product - Battery & Solar panel
My Dell Latitude 7410 and Inspiron 7567 works well with the battery. For 7410, I had to purchase PD cable while 7567 works with the adapter included. Battery feels light considering its capacity.
Solar panel feels both light & sturdy, still somewhat charges inside the glass window.
3. Product - Backpack
The capacity is great, the major compartment is not divided so I can put everything I need for few days.
Unfortunately, as mentioned by other reviews out there the zipper could use some improvement. Sometimes zippers are difficult to move, so it feels it could get broken if you're not careful.
Also, while I like the black+red color design of the backpack, my wife suggests all black scheme will be better.
5. Conclusion
All features work well as intended. I am satisfied with both the product itself and customer support. Could use some improvement for the zippers though. -
Array Solar Backpack (purchased Dec 2020)
Posted by JonathanAlthough I haven't had this one from long, I'm comparing it to my 2015 model Array model.
The backpack is an all-around improvement. The panel is one larger panel versus have 3 smaller ones (less to break). The battery (itself a huge upgrade) is in a side pocket allowing for better ventilation. All the pockets and zippers work well.
The only 'downside' is that the battery on the side makes the bag unbalanced. To make up for it, I keep a hydroflask in the dedicated bottle pocket.
If you are going into the Peace Corps to somewhere like Africa, I hugely recommend this product. -

Posted by QOriginally owned the off-grid pack but after a mysterious disappearance i decided to go array this time. The laptop battery is far more superior than the prevoius model i had. 88 hours of charge time is worth the extra bucks you pay in my opinion.
