Order Processing
Products are assembled to order and are packed on a daily basis (Monday through Friday). Most orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST will ship the same business day unless otherwise noted. No orders will be processed on weekends or the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving and Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
In the case of a holiday, orders will ship next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
Voltaic Systems does not offer USPS options for any shipment containing a lithium battery. This restriction also applies to military post offices.
We do not ship batteries by air in the United States as it doesn't save time and increases internal costs.
For international shipments, we can ship batteries by air for volume orders to many, but not all locations. Contact sales with the SKU you are interested in, quantity and location.
