Keep it Running Warranty
Voltaic Systems cases, bags, and solar panels are warrantied for defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Batteries are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, or unauthorized alterations or repairs. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs.
We want our customers to enjoy many years of productive use of our products. The environment benefits from our customers continuing to generate off-grid power and not needing to buy new products that require energy to produce. We benefit by knowing our customers are out and about showing off our solar products.
To make sure our products last, we use rugged fabric and make strong panels that can withstand the rigors of everyday use. In addition, most of our products are modular, which means you can easily swap in a replacement part if one component fails.

Return and Exchanges Procedure
Voltaic Systems will accept, for return or exchange, any new, unused items within 30 days of purchase except for custom and/or branded items. The standard processing time for a return or exchange is 3-5 business days (not including transit time).

You may request a pre-paid shipping label for a flat cost of $12 (US Continental Only) or you may choose to return the item(s) on your own account.
