We’ve talked a number of times about powering wireless networking and it seems like Virgin Mobile’s new MiFi will change what we use internally. All of us at Voltaic pass around a Sprint Wireless USB stick so that we can work virtually as needed. It works great and lets us be a lot more flexible about work schedules. However, we’re also pretty cost conscious so getting it all for only $40 a month seals the deal as long as it passes bandwidth quality tests in real life use.

David Pogue tried to find a hole in the plan and couldn’t. The fact that it charges off our USB Battery (standalone or in one of our solar chargers) is even better.
