I am interested in both your take back (for my old voltiac backpack so I can upgrade) and this old cell phone program. However I am in the military and am currently living in Japan. I noted that on the program discription it states to not send from outside the US. I am currently stationed in Atsugi NAF (Naval Air Facility) in Japan and have an FPO AP address. Considering that FPO AP address is always written in as within the United States. I would like to know if I am able to send my old voltiac backpack so I can upgrade to a newer model as well as one or two of my old cell phones (I currently have five to myself but am only using one… lol, I just never throw them out) from my FPO AP address.
